About the Opportunity
We are building a dedicated recruitment team to support a long-term framework contract for a European public organisation in the space sector.
The assignment involves delivering end-to-end outsourced recruitment services for highly technical and scientific roles in an international environment.
This is a fully remote opportunity, offering long-term collaboration, stability, and exposure to major European space programmes.
Open Positions
We are recruiting several profiles, both full-time and part-time, including:
Recruitment Support / Junior Recruiter (Remote)

Candidate sourcing and talent mapping

CV screening and shortlisting

ATS administration and interview scheduling

Candidate communication and follow-up
Technical Recruiter (Mid/Senior) (Remote)

Active sourcing of engineering, IT, and scientific profiles

Pre-screening interviews
-
Collaboration with hiring managers
-
Contribution to long-lists and recruitment reporting
Service Level Manager / Recruitment Lead (Remote)

Overall coordination of recruitment services

Single point of contact with the client

Planning, reporting, and service quality monitoring

Team coordination and workload management
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Delivery of recruitment services in line with defined service levels
-
Use of client-provided Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
-
Support of international recruitment processes conducted in English
-
Compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and ethical requirements

Contribution to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Required Profile
-
Experience in recruitment, RPO, or HR services
-
Experience with technical, engineering, IT, or scientific profiles is an advantage
-
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
-
Comfortable working fully remotely in an international context

Fluent English (working language)
For senior roles:

Proven experience in managing recruitment services or client accounts

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
